Check-in is by 15:00 AM.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Parties and events are not permitted to ensure
a peaceful environment for all residents.
3. Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in
the garden area. You may smoke outside on the street.
4. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
5. Guests
Only registered guests
may enter the apartment or building.

6. Flames and Inflamáveis
For safety reasons, open flames (candles, incense, etc.) are not allowed.
7. Recycle
Kindly use the recycling bins provided in the yard.
8. Damage and/or missed
Please report any damage or missing items immediately so we can assist promptly.

An outdoor security camera is installed for safety purposes only.
10. Care and Respect
Please treat the apartment and neighbors with care and respect.

• Late check-out may be arranged in advance (subject to availability).
• Without prior agreement, a €25/hour
late check-out fee applies.

Please note that unregistered
guests are not allowed.

Lost keys: €75 replacement fee.
• Do not remove items (e.g., towels, decorations) from the premises.
